Your name, your homeschool, the year. Add a title like Home Educator, or a grade if the card is for a student.

Drop in a head-and-shoulders shot and nudge the crop. Pick an accent, and add your co-op's logo if you have one.

A PDF at exact card size, a PNG for anything else, or the eight-up sheet for cardstock. Trim, laminate, done.
QUESTIONS
Yes — no account, no trial, no email required, and no watermark on the card. It’s here because people who like it tend to look at what else we make.
No. It identifies the bearer as a student or educator of the homeschool named on it, the same way a private school’s own card does. It isn’t government-issued and it isn’t proof of age or identity.
In practice that’s enough for the places people use it — museum and zoo educator rates, library cards, teacher discounts, co-op check-in, field trips. Anywhere that asks for real identification will want a real one.
No. The card is drawn and the file is built entirely in your browser. Your photo never leaves this page, and closing the tab is all it takes to be rid of it.
White cardstock around 250–300 gsm, then trim and laminate. Use the print sheet for eight to a page with cut marks, and set your printer to 100% or “Actual size” — “Fit to page” will shrink the cards and the marks won’t line up. If you’d rather have a plastic one, any local print shop will run the PDF.
Yes — make one, download it, then change the name and photo and download the next. Inside Cotable the cards fill themselves in from your roster, so a whole co-op is a few clicks rather than a few evenings.
Yes. The layout stacks, and the photo picker opens your camera roll. Printing from a phone is fiddlier than from a laptop, so you may want to email the PDF to yourself before you print.
