More than 60 families? Tell us how your co-op is set up and we'll work it out.
EVERY PLAN, EVERY FEATURE
Price changes with how many families share the co-op. That's the only thing it changes. A six-family co-op gets the same product as a sixty-family one.
THE HONEST MATH
Per family, per student, per registration, or flat — nobody can compare anything. Here's what everyone charges, so you can.
| Tool | Published price | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Homeschool Planet | $9.95/mo · $84.95/yr | One family |
| Homeschool Manager | $5.99/mo · $49/yr | One family |
| Homeschool-Life | $9.95–11.95 per family, per year | Co-op, 10-family minimum |
| HomeschoolGo | $199–299/yr flat | Co-op, unlimited families |
| MyCoop | from $49/mo flat | Co-op, unlimited families |
| Homeschool Planet co-op license | $225.95–329.95/yr | Co-op, by student |
Prices as published by each company in July 2026. Two honest caveats. Homeschool Planet's co-op licenses are counted by student, not by family, so they aren't directly comparable to ours. And the flat co-op tools above — MyCoop, HomeschoolGo — do enrollment, dues, and volunteer hours, which Cotable doesn't do at all. If that's the job you need done, they're the better buy.
THE COMPARISON THAT MATTERS
Cotable replaces a planner per household with one shared semester.
Left column is each family buying a Homeschool Planet annual subscription at $84.95. It assumes every family would otherwise buy one, which is the generous reading — plenty of co-ops run on a spreadsheet and pay nothing at all.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
We'll tell you well before anything changes, and no card gets charged without you entering one. Co-ops and families who join during the beta keep the rate above for their first full year of paid use — so joining early can only make it cheaper, never more expensive.
They're what we plan to charge, set against what the alternatives cost today. We have no paying customers yet, so we'd rather publish the number we're aiming at than make you email us for it. If it moves before we start billing, the founding rate above is what protects you.
No. Every plan includes everything. The only thing that changes with price is how many families share the co-op. We don't think a smaller co-op deserves a worse product.
Because a director shouldn't get a bigger bill for recruiting one more family, and because co-ops budget once a year from dues rather than monthly. Flat means you can put a single number in the budget in August and forget about it.
Email us and we'll work it out. At that size you probably have questions about roles and multiple campuses that matter more than the price does.
No. The co-op plan covers every family in it, including their own home planning. A family only needs their own subscription if they aren't part of a co-op on Cotable.
Cotable is invite-only during the beta. Tell us what you're planning and we'll follow up about a seat.
