Cotable exists because co-op planning deserves better than fourteen spreadsheet tabs, a group text, and a shoebox of index cards.

Homeschool co-ops run on heroic amounts of invisible work. A director keeps the semester aligned. Teacher-parents adapt curriculum for a class with three grade levels in it. Families juggle co-op days against home days. The tools on offer were built for none of them — they assume a school with an IT department, or one parent with one child and endless patience for setup.

Cotable is our answer: one shared table where the whole co-op plans together. Paste your curriculum and it comes back as dated lessons. Drop in the co-op's topic schedule and get a year of drafts to shape. Then teach from a week a tired parent can read at 9pm.

Bring in the plan you already trust, check the lessons Cotable finds, and decide what belongs in your semester.

PRINCIPLE 02

Honest about what's missing

A lesson with no materials list or closing activity is not hidden behind a green checkmark. Cotable points out the gap so you can fix it before class day.

PRINCIPLE 03

Legible on a Sunday night

Every screen is designed for a tired parent planning tomorrow at 9pm. Big type, plain words, and the next thing you need right where you'd look for it.

PRINCIPLE 04

Every seat at one table

Directors, teacher-parents, and member families share one table with the right access. Your own family's plans live right beside the co-op's.
