ABOUT THE PROJECT
Cotable exists because co-op planning deserves better than fourteen spreadsheet tabs, a group text, and a shoebox of index cards.
Homeschool co-ops run on heroic amounts of invisible work. A director keeps the semester aligned. Teacher-parents adapt curriculum for a class with three grade levels in it. Families juggle what happens at co-op with what happens at home. The planning tools on offer were built for none of them — they assume a school with an IT department, or a lone parent with one child and endless patience for setup.
Cotable is our answer: one shared, endlessly expandable table where the whole co-op plans together. Paste the curriculum you already wrote and it becomes structured, dated lessons — your words kept exactly as you wrote them. Drop in the co-op's weekly topic schedule and draft a year of grade-calibrated lessons to shape. Then run the semester from a view a tired parent can actually read.
We're a small team building in the open, in beta, with the families and co-ops using Cotable every week. The product gets better because a director in a co-op somewhere told us exactly what fell apart on a snow day — and we fixed that.
