STRAIGHT ANSWERS

What beta families ask us

How do I get in?

Cotable is invite-only right now. Most families arrive through a co-op that's already on Cotable. A director shares a join code or sends an email invite, and you land at the co-op's table when you sign up. We open new seats a few co-ops at a time so we can pay real attention to each one.

Is the beta really free?

Yes. Every feature is free for as long as the beta runs. There's no card to enter, no trial clock, and no locked tiers.

What happens when pricing arrives?

Beta families hear about it first, before anything changes. We're building this with you, and we intend to take care of the people who helped us get it right.

What does "beta" mean day to day?

The product is still changing quickly. You may see new features and rough edges during a semester. Tell us when something blocks the planning loop; private beta exists so we can fix those gaps before a broad release.

What happens to my curriculum?

It stays beside the lessons Cotable finds, so you can compare the two and fix anything that looks off. Nothing joins your semester until you approve it.

Do member families need to set anything up?

No. A director shares a join code or an invite link; member families sign in and see the co-op's plans, sessions, and what to bring each week. Everyone also gets a personal workspace for their own family's plans, automatically.
