Your account and your content
You are responsible for accurate account information and for activity under your account. You keep ownership of curriculum, plans, records, uploads, and other content you provide. You grant Cotable the limited permission needed to host, process, display, transform, print, and share that content according to the workspace permissions and features you use.
Permission to upload
Only upload curriculum, images, documents, or student information you have the right and authority to use. A purchase or subscription does not always include permission to redistribute publisher content. Cotable does not grant new rights in third-party curriculum.
Student information
Adults control accounts and determine which student details enter Cotable. If you operate a co-op, you are responsible for appropriate guardian notice, consent, access rules, and any law or policy that applies to your group.
AI output and records
AI output may be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed. State-aware record presets are suggestions, not legal advice or a guarantee that a regulator, evaluator, umbrella school, or district will accept a record. Current law and local requirements remain your responsibility.
Acceptable use
Do not use Cotable to violate law, infringe intellectual property, access another workspace without permission, distribute malware, probe the service in a way that risks other users, automate abusive traffic, or generate harmful or deceptive educational content.
Beta availability
The beta is provided without charge, may change quickly, and may contain defects. Features may be revised, limited, or removed. We may suspend access to protect users, the service, or third parties. Important plans and records should also be exported or printed on a cadence appropriate to your needs.
Warranty and liability boundary
To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, educational outcome, or legal compliance. Cotable is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from beta use.

Questions may be sent to hello@cotable.ai. Material term changes will appear with a new reviewed date, and beta users will receive notice when a change materially affects their rights or data.
